WinOnAny is committed to keeping your information private. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we share.

1. What We Collect

When you make a purchase we may collect:

• Email address (if provided at checkout — used to associate your order)
• Payment data — processed entirely by Square. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details.
• Order metadata: tier purchased, amount paid, timestamp

We do not collect your name, phone number, address, or any social media identifiers.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Square. Your card data is submitted directly to Square's servers via their Web Payments SDK — it never passes through our servers. Square's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. WinOnAny operates as a separate checkout domain (winonany.win) and is not connected to our marketing site (winonany.com) during the payment process.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To fulfill your order and generate your download link
• To notify you of any issues with your order (via the email you provided)
• Internal order tracking and fraud prevention

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Referrer Privacy

Our checkout domain (winonany.win) sends a Referrer-Policy: no-referrer header on all requests. This means that Square and any other third party cannot see where a buyer came from or what pages they visited on winonany.com before checking out.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics SDKs. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar service. The only browser storage we use is temporary session data for promo code state, which is cleared when you close the browser tab.

6. Data Retention

Order records (tier, amount, encrypted token, email if provided) are retained for 90 days for dispute resolution purposes, then deleted.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your order data at any time by DMing @cynski on Telegram with your order email.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with an updated date above.
